Chronic back pain
Chronic back pain

The most common cause of chronic back pain is overburdening of the back, this can be caused by the weakening of the vertebrae, as you get older the intervertebral discs degenerate losing their flexibility causing the space between vertebrae to get smaller and the end result is the vertebrae wearing out. These problems are often caused by weakening of the muscles due to a sedentary life style, bad posture, muscle imbalance and weak abdominal muscles which can cause the vertebrae to deteriorate.

With elderly people one of the most common causes for back pain is often skeletal disease which is caused by degeneration.

  • Diseases which can also cause chronic back pain are:
  • Spondylitis
  • Cancer
  • Gynecological problems that are usually connect to the reproductive system
  • Nephritis
  • Rheumatism
  • Diseases of the stomach and gall bladder

Every chronic disease can be really unpleasant, but if we want to solve and eliminated problems, we have to be patient and think positive.
